There have been so many scams in India. If we sum up the total money involved in the scams, it would be more than 1 lakh crores of rupees. The question that arises is: where does this scam money goes? This question is very important because if we could recover such a huge amount of money, our fiscal deficit can be wiped out.
I have found out that this money does not go anywhere but remains with the scamesters.
It can be recovered if both the movable as well as immovable property of the scamesters is confiscated. Then we would be in a position to utilise this money for building a strong and healthy India; an India free of poverty and diseases. However, scams would even then be repeated. So, we have to find a solution to the whole problem. Although it may sound harsh, the only way out is that all the scamesters should be hanged in public so that it may act as deterrent for other people. A law in this regard is urgently require to be enacted and then implemented.
